Order Information
You can place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If there is a question with your order or an item is backordered, we will promptly notify you through e-mail (please make sure you give us your correct email address). 

Payment
We only accept payment through PayPal. No personal checks, money orders, or business checks. No C.O.D's.

Shipping
We currently only ship to the lower 48 States (US).  We use USPS Priority Mail. Please allow an extra day or two for Holiday Shipping (meaning a day or two after). This allows us to get back into the groove as well).

Local Pickup
On your order form it needs to state that you live in the Corvallis, OR area. Arrangements to pick up the order will be made through email only.  If you don't make the arrangements in advance you will be charged for S/H.  On the order form please state that you would like to pickup the product (there is an option).

Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

Return Policy
oregonrose.com strives for 100% customer satisfaction on every order and hopes that you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 5 days of receipt in original condition with tags on merchandise. Include a copy of your receipt with the following information: Name, address, daytime phone number, invoice number, Email and reason for return.  We will credit you back through PayPal, but we must have your correct email to do this, (the credit will not happen, until we get the merchandise back). Our address is located on the sales receipt.

Privacy Issues
All information gathered on our website is used for internal purposes only. We do not sell, distribute or share any information to an outside party. When you send confidential information to us on our website, a secure server encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. The information is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches us for processing.
